The belly of a bluefin tuna is what truly differentiates itself from our other local tuna species. That fat content, which is soft and buttery, allows for a unique, culinary experience. This means our fish are landed in Massachusetts and up/down the East Coast as we follow the seasonal migrations. Chain of Custody - Our relationships with local fishermen allows us to preserve complete chain of custody for most fish. We unload the fishing boats ourselves using our drivers and trucks.
