Our gears are CNC machined from raw billet material to make our proprietary sizes of 20% 40% 60% and 80% reduction. The 20, 40 and 60 will drop in without case mods except for 05-11' 500 Foreman(see below). The 80% requires extra case clearance/cutting around the top of the clutch basket. There is a sizing chart tab on the home page with reduction per tire size recommendations. We highly recommend running our stiffer clutch springs with a primary reduction as the stock springs don't provide the adequate clamping force needed for the reductions.
