Shattered Illusions

Description Optical illusions abound when you roll these beautiful, prism-like dice. Gold foil and holographic sparkle confuse the eye, and the white and gold colorshift inking adds to the mesmerizing effect.  About this Set This set consists of four prism-shaped 3-sided dice. I call them 3-sided, because each die has numbers 1-3, but in reality, the shape has 9 sides. The 3 largest faces are blank, and you read the numbers on the faces at either end. These dice are intentionally small, with a resting height of about 15mm (.6in), so that you can hold a bunch in your hand at once. The small size makes these dice ideal for games like Warhammer 40k that use d3s for damage. Other game systems are starting to incorporate d3s (like D&D 5e’s wild magic barbarian), so it’s a shape that fits in anywhere.    These dice are handmade, which means they are molded, cast, polished, and inked by hand, one face at a time. While some mold marks or imperfections may be present, these dice should
