The coloration is a golden orange adorned with yellows, reds, and blues. The face has green stripes.  The Red Coris Wrasse is peaceful towards other fish in the aquarium. It enjoys lots of rockwork to swim around in. Sand is required in the aquarium because that is where they sleep and will hide in when they are stressed or frightened. The Red Coris Wrasse is best known for its ability to eat pests such as fireworms, flatworms, and pyramidillid snails.
