This hand crafted cedar chest is made from the Missouri Ozarks Red Cedar. This is aromatic cedar and smells wonderful. This farmhouse style brings a rustic, cozy look to any setting. Perfect gift for Christmas, Valentines day, Anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, or weddings. Lid supports included. This is solid wood with no particle board or plywood added. The lumber for this product was taken from trees grown on our family farm to finished product by way of our sawmill, kiln, and shop. Due to the variations in the wood grain, knots, the red and white coloring, the hope chest you order can vary with it's own unique look but will be of the same design and quality as the hope chest shown in the picture. We take great pride in bringing out the beauty of the wood.Personalize your chest by adding a laser engraved message on the inside of the lid!
