This is a hand forged skillet. The skillet is forged out of 14 gauge sheet steel and is about 9.5 inches in diameter. The handle is forged out of 3/4 x 1/4 steel and is about 8.5 inches long. Care for these skillets is just like cast iron. With a little bit of oil, these are very non stick. Custom sizes and handles can be made upon request.
