Details With the update to the NCAA Baseball Action Clock Rule, the Ref Smart timer will need reprogramming After you add this service to your cart and checkout you will be emailed a pre-paid return label to send your timer back Once your timer is received, it will be updated to be used with the new NCAA baseball timing rule We will work diligently to return timers as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take up to 2 weeks before you receive your timer back We will do our best to send your timer back before the start of the season, but we are currently projecting to ship reprogrammed timers on February 8th.
