Allworx 48X Call Assistant License Description: The Allworx 48X Call Assistant license is a live answer position that runs on a PC and works in conjunction with Allworx IP phones.  Call Assistant is required when using Allworx TAPI Driver.  However, please note that Call Assistant is no longer supported in System Software 8.0 or higher. Important note: Allworx Call Assistant is not support in System Software 8.0 or higher.
