Dell Networking N3048 Switch Description: The Dell Networking N3048 is a forty eight port Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for those with high bandwidth needs.  The forty eight, auto-sensing ports, have LED status indicators so you can confirm each port if functioning properly.  The N3048 also features dual combo ports that can be either SFP fiber or RJ45 Ethernet ports, depending on your needs.  This Dell Networking switch is different from older PowerConnect switches because along with the dual combo ports, the N3048 also has dual dedicated SFP+ 10Gb fiber ports.  These ports are designed for stacking or linking additional networking equipment.
