Vinyasa Yoga  The hallmark of vinyasa is the organic flow of breath and moment. It literally means ‘to move in a special way’ and that special way is with awareness. Vinyasa involves moving quickly from one pose to the next in a flow. As you move through postures and sequences at a faster pace, you increase your heart rate. While I am here to guide you, this is your vinyasa yoga practice, as such: vinyasa yoga is accessible to all, however some modifications may be necessary, depending on the needs of the student. We practice barefoot, on yoga mats. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.  my training is trauma-informed. I encourage students to listen to the wisdom of their bodies and lean in to what feels good to them. I will provide students with visual and verbal cues to ensure proper alignment, etc.  discomfort during practice is normal, however, pain is not normal!
