This Honda SL175 Motorsport Regulator Rectifier should be used only in conjunction with the stock (OE) Honda SL175 stator. The part will replace both the regulator and the rectifier. The OE stator is actually (2) full-wave circuits with a center tap that is used as the 3rd leg for the ground of the regulator rectifier. It will come with a connector kit that customers will need to install, instructions included. This part is not compatible with lithium batteries. (Lithium Batteries require a lower charge point. We do have a lithium version available), please email us. Please note thaat this R/R has a volatge set-point of 14.8VCD. This combination part(regulator and rectifier) will not mount in the stock location. Replaces, but is not limited to, OEM numbers: 31400-292-670, 31700-455-671, 31700-292-008
