1970-1972 Yamaha YDS7 DS7 Lighting Stator CDI Flywheel Coil

This lighting and ignition system kit for the Yamaha YDS7 DS7 (years 1970-1972) includes a brand new lighting/ignition stator, flywheel, ignition coil, and analog CDI unit. This unit is highly cost-effective and saves time and bolt-on parts design. The cable harness comes chemical and high-temperature resistant. The included stator and flywheel are extremely reliable because they are made from using a CNC workstation. All parts are different from the stock, and all parts must be installed at the same time; these are not meant to be individual replacements. The new flywheel no longer uses the keyway. The crank nut applies sufficient pressure.    Tech note:  Timing to be set via the TDC method. The factory regulator & rectifier will no longer be used.
