Large French Country Dresser ~ solid tiger oak antique dresser done in distressed blue

   This is an original, genuine antique, highboy dresser that has been newly refinished. The dresser is made of antique tiger oak & has beveled glass inlaid into the top portion with antique lace layered under the inlaid glass top. This dresser has all the original, antique hardware & comes with an antique skeleton key. The drawer faces are curved & have keyholes with the original escutcheons. All the drawers are dovetailed. The dresser also has ornate wood carved detailing & wheels attached to it's legs.    This antique dresser has been done in distressed blue hues with gold undertones over stained, solid, tiger oak. The dresser has been sanded, stained then painted in layers. It has then been sanded down a second time to reveal the layers of added color, wood stain & underlying, natural wood grain. Finally the dresser has been sealed with a polyurethane finish from top to bottom for added durability.   The insides of the drawers have been stained & sealed as w
