5th Grade Math STAAR Prep #1 Google Forms

This product contains 2 Google Forms with open-ended word problems involving 5th grade math TEKS to help prepare for the end of year STAAR test. Each Google Form contains the same 10 word problems depending on how you want to administer it to your students (see below). Students can work it out on notebook paper before typing in the answers. Students input their answer into the Google Form.
