Metric Measurement Google Forms (Self-Grading)

This math activity contains 2 Google Forms on converting metric units of measurement with the same 12 problems depending on how you want to administer it to your students. Students can prove their work on notebook paper or whiteboards before inputting their answers. There are 12 problems asking students to convert between millimeters, centimeters, meters, and kilometers. Students must know the unit rates for the conversions to be able to convert between the units. All they need to do is solve the problems and input the answers into the Google Form. Easy distance or digital learning! Format 1: Quiz/Graded In this format, students work out the problems and type in the answer to the Google Form. At the end, they press submit and the answers are sent to the teacher, who can see them in Google Sheets in an easy format that gives their score. No grading necessary! Format 2: Practice With this format, students must get the answer correct to move onto the next problem.
