They are sent immediately when you pay. :) Like all of our plan sets- we DO build the cabin before we release plans. ALWAYS.  The one we built in THIS youtube video was done for well under $2000 in supplies. Obviously, you can add a regular ply-sheathed roof, tar paper, and metal roofing instead of the more "green house" version we built with Tuftex polycarbonate (we just happened to have a ton of it, and love the stuff) and you can prep are alter it for your own needs- a weekend getaway, or a fully insulated tiny-tiny dwelling even!
