RSH42 Compound Overview PAGID Blue RS42 are from the RS line of all around racing brake pads. They are a medium friction coefficient racing compound with medium initial bite and good cold friction. RS42 pads are manufactured of a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and acrylic fibers. They operate in a wide operating temperature range and are very stable over that wide temperature range. RS42 pads offer excellent pedal feel and inspire confidence in extreme braking situations.
