Jeep JT/ Gladiator Rear Bumper Swingout Tire Carrier Add-On

This tire carrier is designed specifically to work in combination with our JT Gladiator rear bumper. The two must be ordered together, carrier cannot be added on later. Tire carriers are not available for individual sale.   This tire carriers is made out of combination of 1/8” steel main load panel, over 2x2 .188 box tube arm with 3/16" steel gussets and bolt on tire mount and 1/4" pivot mount plates. Optional dual Jerry can holder is formed from 14ga steel (.075"). Arm Pivot spindle is dual shear mounted and greaseable, utilizing a 1” grade 8 bolt as a pivot pin with tapered bearings for smooth and tight operation, plus a lock-open pin to hold carrier open at about 95*.  Default compatibility of up to a 38" tire size on a 4.5" BS wheel.  Comes standard with integrated Backing plate for easy install of Rotopax, and many other parts plus molle style accessories Optional lockable Dual Jerry Can holder. Heavy Duty lockable over center type tensioning latch to secure carrier arm closed.
