This nose assembly installs 3/8" Magna-Lok® blind rivets used in truck trailers, in corner areas, and door hinges. This nose measures 3.3" long and is 0.75" in diameter.  It is compatible only with the RAT640 lockbolt tool which has enough pulling force. And Huch 226, 246, 256, Gage Built 74, & 756 and RAT1100, 3213 tools using the RAT3424 reducing adapter. These imported noses have several quality features including, tool steel anvils and chrome molly-jaws hardened to Rockwell C60. The anvils have a black anodized finish and a laser engraved picture on each nose, of the intended fastener to help users with nose selection. The independent jaw design keeps costs lower compared to unitized jaw model types. These noses have performed as well as most major USA made brands because the maker also manufactures lock bolt fasteners and they build noses very well.
