Enlightenment Buddha Relic

Hand carved and cast Buddha relic originally from Nepal.  The Buddha achieved enlightenment by meditating under a Bodhi tree for 49 days, where he rejected suffering and desire and reached enlightenment on the rise of the full moon. He was tempted and attacked many times by Mara, the lord of ego and illusion, but he defeated Mara in the end by freeing himself from ego, delusion and desire. From that moment forward, he was known as the Enlightened One. Silver Bronze, 1.25" length.
