These Garlic Oil softgels are 500:1 concentrate or the equivalent to 1,500mg of fresh garlic bulb. Garlic has been used in cooking and as a dietary supplement  Has been said to help with High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Common colds, Diabetes, Certain cancers, heart disease 300 Softgels (1500mg each)  Suggested Use: Adults take 1 to 3 softgels daily or as directed by your physician.    Safety Information: Do not take more than Recommended Dose.
