This McGrath Locks ANSI Mortise is designed as a “Classroom Function.” Latchbolt operated by knob/lever from either side unless outside is locked by key. Unlocked from outside by Key. The inside knob/lever is always free for immediate exit. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt when the door is closed. The inside lever is always free for immediate egress. *No thumbturn function, latch bolt only.  Compatible with the following McGrath Locks Series: ML-Stafford, ML-NX5, ML-Albion & ML-Windsor.
