One of the biggest causes of damage to equipment on set is using a 2-pin Lemo cable that is not wired for the device it's plugged into. That's why Rencher Industries created the Polarity Tester for 2-pin Lemo Cables. To use the tester, plug the source-side of your 2-pin Lemo cable into any DC power source from 8-36V, and plug the device-side into the tester. The tester will show you if pin-1 is ground (GND) or positive (+VDC) by glowing one of two red colors: Green from Pin-1 GND, and Red for Pin-1 +VDC All Rencher Industries products that use 3D printed parts carry a 5-year warranty on the printed material. If your 3D printed part warps, cracks, or fails for any reason, we will replace the defective printed part at no cost.
