Bowlerite Earrings

These beautiful earrings are handmade from Bowlerite, which is the name given to the outer shell of salvaged bowling balls. When the balls are retired, pieces of the outer layer are cut, shaped, and polished to a stone-like appearance. Bowlerite is even referenced on some gemological websites. Each pair—indeed, each earring—is a true one-of-a-kind, handmade in Washington state. These are very lightweight and about 1¼" to 1½" long, give or take ⅛". The wires are hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel.
