HO Brass Balboa SP - Southern Pacific GS-4 4-8-4 Pro Painted With Can Motor Upgrade

We believe this to be a 1970 run Balboa imported model built by Katsumi in Japan. Box shows moderate shelf wear. Foam replaced with aftermarket foam. No spare parts. Very nice pro-paint with minimal wear. The more desirable de-skirted version. Skirts are included and they are painted Black. Finished with MV Lenses in the lighting and glazing in the windows.
