We believe this to be a 1970 run Balboa imported model built by Katsumi in Japan. Box shows moderate shelf wear with a coupler torn and taped corners. Foam replaced with bubblewrap. Good owner custom paint with some wear and signs of touchups throughout. More desirable de-skirted version. Skirts are included but are unpainted. Spare parts also included.
