We will ship your replacement with no additional charges as soon as possible, without the need to wait on an investigation conducted by the shipping company. Compensation for stolen packages will not be issued if Package Protection is not purchased prior to the shipment of your order. Claims made beyond seven (7) days of purchase may not be refundable. Lost or stolen packages will only be reshipped once per order claim.
