If your package gets lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or affected by the weather, contact us. We will ship your replacement with no additional charges as soon as possible. We’ve got you covered! *Package Protection Claims are handled case-by-case, as unique situations are thoroughly investigated. Claims must be made within 21 days of purchase. Claims made beyond seven (7) days of purchase may not be refundable. Lost or stolen packages will only be reshipped once per order claim. In the case of theft or lost package, a claim must be filed with the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) before the replacement package is re-shipped. Packages may be shipped to a different, more secure address if requested. Refunds are not issued for theft but may be re-shipped only after a claim has been made valid following an investigation.*
