Crystal Boba Want your toppings to stand out?  Then you need Crystal Boba.  This is different than the usual boba.  White Pearl Boba is white before cooking and a whitish clear color after cooking.  This keeps bubble tea fans excited to try something they haven't seen before.  Don't forget, we also carry Black Boba Pearls and Bursting Boba.  After prep, these will be chewy, sweet, and translucent.  These come vacuum sealed and have a shelf life of 6 months. Tea Zone UPC: 815812014868 Unit Sold By: Case (6 lbs bag / 6 bags per case) White Pearl Boba Tapioca Prep Instructions Put the White Pearl Boba Tapioca in boiling water and stir to keep the pearls separated.  Make sure the water continues to boil after adding boba.  Continue simmering on a slow boil for 6 minutes.  Then, after 3 more minutes, stir once for about 15 seconds, while continuing to simmer on a slow boil.  Turn the heat off and place the pot on a cool surface to allow it to cool and sit for 6 more minutes while covered.
