This belonged to my Mother, it is a beautiful vintage skirt marker from the 40's. . The wooden ruler has a nice color due to its age. Works perfectly. Can be an amazing gift to a seamstress or designer or to add to you sewing studio decor.The ruler goes from 7" to 20"On the front of the ruler we can read " Pin-It T.M. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off.
