Jewel-Toned Ribbed Beaded Necklace

This vintage necklace is composed of football-shaped plastic ribbed beads in rich shades of red, blue, orange, green, and yellow. It is strung on thread, with small goldtone spacer beads, and a spring-ring clasp. I am thinking it probably dates from the late 1960s or the 1970s. The necklace is not adjustable, and measures 23" long.
