1960's Lightolier Baton Desk Lamp

This light designed by Michael Lax for Lightolier is a thing of wonder. The lamp is adjustable using two 12v bulbs (on either end of shade) and made of a heavy plastic-coated base, khaki metal shade, and brass arm.  The lamp comes apart in 3 pieces. There is a high and low setting. The arm and shade angles are adjustable. Also, shade direction can be switched around to point inward or outward. There are also 2 holes on the base for mounting on the wall for use as a really adjustable wall sconce. 14 1/2" tall x 12 1/2” wide x 4” deep. Made in Japan.
