Mocha Brown Tan 1953-4 Emerson Model 744 Vacuum Tube AM Radio Gorgeous Looking and Sounding! DESCRIPTION: One of the best looking most distinctive vintage radios manufactured in the 50s. Even more fascinating, this model series was available in a multitude of contrasting colors some of which are very rare. Tabletop vacuum tube AM radio manufactured by Emerson in 1953-4 time frame in excellent physical and working condition. SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded beige pink tan urea plastic back and brown reddish polycarbonate plastic front. All original factory molded colors through and through. Not repainted no touch up not over sprayed. The tan back is not cracked, no chips, no major scratches, not yellowed. The brown front grill piece has the left front bottom little legs chipped off.
