SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment.  CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded Bakelite with oak burled wood tiger stripe grained factory painted finish. No cracks, chips or major scratches or missing pieces. Original factory wood grained finish looks like real wood. Oak wood grain has minor paint dings throughout. Other wood grained finish options were chestnut and oak. Tuning clear window is not cracked no major scratches. Center gold metal tuning cone is in excellent condition securely attached. Original factory grill fabric is in excellent condition  no separated edges, no water stains, ripped along right edge. Original factory painted gold color grill slats
