DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM radio manufactured by General Television in 1947 time frame in excellent working and physical condition. CABINET CONDITION: This is an original factory wood cabinet. No cracks, splits, or major scratches. No rips, tears, separated seams. Original factory finish not repainted, refinished or re-stained. Original ivory plastic handle, grill cover piece, tuning surround trim pieces are original and excellent condition. The tuning surround trim piece has repaired hairline crack on left side. SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. KNOBS: Knobs are original, matching, and securely attached.
