Over 1,400 producer-members deliver cherry from their small farms to the co-op, Coopepalmares,  who consistently processes a balanced regional blend. Their state of the art facility utilizes recycled water, mechanical driers, produces organic compost, and is certified in quality and environmental management. Additionally, the Coopepalmares operates hardware and supermarkets in Palmares, selling roasted coffee for national consumption.
