They process and export this honey-processed coffee: during harvest cherry is received daily, cleaned and sorted. The cherries ripen for one full day, then are depulped and dried on raised beds with full mucilage intact. The cup is a floral and sparkling fruit experience. This talented team of experienced women have many years in the industry, and are focused on inclusion, empowerment, engagement, and refining their craft. **Please note, this coffee is only roasted Thursdays.
