Las Acacias

This incredibly special microlot comes to us from a farm in western Honduras.  Roger Marquez inherited the farm from his father where he painstakingly cultivates several varieties including primarily bourbon, caturra and catuai.  He also grows a small amount of gesha and we were stoked to get ahold of some.    The cup is gentle and herbal, as is signature for the variety, but also packs a punch of tropical fruit like sweetness.  We only have  a very small amount of this, so don’t miss the chance to pick up a bag and experience a cup you aren’t likely to forget.
