Luna Nueva

This coffee began as an offering for our wholesale partnership with FONDA, a fine dining Mexican restaurant based out of New York City.  They opened a location in 12South and wanted to be able to offer a coffee from Mexico.  We liked it so much--we're offering this both via retail bags and as pour over in our cafes.  This coffee is a blend of specialty grade Mexican coffees from across each of the primary growing regions including Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Chiapas. This one is a crowd pleaser with a classic profile of nutty chocolate that pairs well with food.  We roast to a medium development level to maintain some nice acidity reminiscent of tamarind.
