Miche splined cog carrier

There's no way around it - this carrier must be used with Miche splined track cogs. To install, place a Miche splined cog onto the carrier, grease the threads and use a chainwhip as you would with any other cog, then install your lockring. Once the carrier is securely installed on your hub, you'll only need a lockring tool to swap cogs. These can be used on any threaded track hub, not just Miche.   FYI: All track hubs have 1.37"x24tpi cog threading.
