Richmond Heights: Bay Harbour

Ok, your guess is as good as mine. Was Bay Harbour a clothing store? They definitely had a matchbook cover- here it is. All that I can find is that there is now a jewelery store at this address in Richmond Heights. After a little searching, I found that in the early 2000s, a company called Bay harbour Management vought out Steve & Barry's, a line of 150 clothing stores, which filed for bankruptcy.
