REV 219 Premium Sprocket (Half Tooth)

Enhance your kart racing performance with our premium half-tooth sprockets, specifically engineered for high-level karting enthusiasts. Designed for optimal performance in 2 Cycle/2 Stroke racing, these sprockets allow for extremely precise gear ratio adjustments without changing the front sprocket.  No, the sprocket doesn't have a literal half tooth.  An adjustment in tooth shape allows us to move each tooth slightly closer together while still allowing a 219-pitch chain to enter the tooth valley.  This allows for a change in rolling diameter to achieve half-tooth sizing. Crafted from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, our sprockets are individually CNC machined with an accuracy of within 0.01mm.
