REV 35 "Twist" Sprocket

Made from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and finished with a single wire cut to allow the user to "Twist" the sprocket over the axle for quick sprocket changes. This is perfect for categories where the gear is inside the bearing such as Briggs & Stratton and other 4 Stroke/4 Cycle Racing. These sprockets are individually CNC'ed sprockets are accurate to within 0.01mm and have optimized tooth precision to produce minimal friction between the sprocket and chain. This equates to less drive train loss and improved performance. We are able to accomplish this due to our state-of-the-art CNC Machines and countless hours of testing to form the perfect pitch.  Under close inspection, you will notice that the chain perfectly sits into the valley of the tooth. This reduces friction and better distributes the load of the chain when it arrives in the tooth.
