00s Long Knit Skirt

Early 2000s low rise long knit skirt. Sheer black woven stretch knit fabric double lined with slip skirt underneath. Low rise stretch waistband fits slim throughout the hips resting midi to maxi length. In great condition.  size small waist 28” hip 32” length 35”
