Tara Garter

A statement garter, for sure. 19" garter Black lace wraps completely around a maroon band. The lace is decorated with 51 Swarovski crystals, with the upper and lower crystals shifting between blue, green, purple, and red as the light hits them. The spider's abdomen is a black Swarovski stone turned upside down to give a 3D effect and show off all of the lovely facets. The drop bead is also black Swarovski. The web is approximately 6 inches from left to right, at the widest points. From the top center of the lace down to the bottom of the drop bead is approximately 5-1/4 inches.
