CZECH AMBER LAGER - 5.5% ABV A traditional style brewed in honor of the Czech God of Hospitality (Radegast).  The unique blend of malts used to brew this beer creates a beautiful amber color with complex aromas and flavors of freshly baked bread.  The Haas Hop Variety #1134 provides a crisp bitterness and herbal aromatics to give balance to this brew.  Fermented at 52F for 2 weeks using a traditional Czech Lager Yeast and then stored cold for 3 weeks at 32F the finished beer is super clean, smooth and crushable!
