Overview: Spring/Fall Plant Awnletted (Reduced beard head) Flex is a facultative triticale that can be planted in the spring or winter.  It doesn’t require vernalization. Flex has strong forage yields from the Pacific Northwest all the way across into New York. Has shown to do well in the central and southern plains as well. This tall, medium-maturing product is gaining popularity in the hay markets in Montana and North Dakota. Excellent winter hardiness and quality. Sells packaged in 50lb Bags or 2000lb Totes.
