While on assignment for his employer INTERSECT, a facility available for high-level security missions, Sam Casey (Ben Murphy) is caught in an underwater radiation explosion that affected his body’s cellular structure.  He recovers from his near-fatal injuries with the power to turn himself invisible at will, to pop in and out of visibility (clothes and all) by flicking a gadget he wears on his wrist, but only for a controlled 15 minutes each day, lest he lapse into total invisibility. Only two people know Sam’s peculiar talents -- Leonard Driscoli (William Sylvester) his boss, the director of INTERSECT; and computer expert Abby Lawrence (Catherine Crawford), Casey’s co-worker and “watch dog,” who monitors his condition on a remote-control timer.
