74" X 60" | framed in 2.5" float triangle frame and ready to hang |Mixed media on Baltic Birch Favorite lines of Cuban poetry carved by Rey into a large work created to memorialize the golden era of Cuba. Although Rey was born in the 1970's, his world was shaped by the architecture, cars & colors left behind from the 1950's in Cuba. Documentation for the piece will include a full translation of the Spanish poetry + its certificate of authenticity.
