400-D Seat Cushion

This seat cushion fits all 400-D models from roughly 2009 and forward.  The seat comes with new seat screws.  The price includes any color and any material.  If you know which color you'd like it done in, please write the color in the notes section of the order.  If you'd like to match your previous color please write "match previous" in the notes section. Any chairs that are older than 2009, please call in to order replacement pads.  The older models require different components and it's best to speak to a customer service representative regarding this.
